  • Good news - the answer is no. While the program gives you guidelines as to which foods are best for your gut health, the focus is on making home cooked, whole food meals, and simply reducing foods that cause you issues such as gluten, high FODMAP foods (such as garlic) or excess sugar.

  • Supplement protocols are included in the program, however you do purchase the supplements separately. There are several supplements for each phase of gut healing that are critical to support your body in optimizing digestion, absorption and balancing your gut microbiome. However, the program is designed for you to use these supplements for approximately 3 months, then discontinue them.

  • Thankfully, no, you don’t! Coffee isn’t bad for you, unless it causes gut irritation or heartburn. Just choose a coffee with minimal added sugar. You’re allowed to enjoy treats in moderation as well. Alcohol can be consumed in moderation as tolerated, ideally low sugar and lower histamine options.

  • Good news - with lifetime access, you can start whenever you’re ready, and go at your own pace. There’s no time restriction. You can also pause the program if life gets in the way.

  • While some people start to feel better in the first few weeks, others may take 3 months or more for their gut to fully heal. It depends on how committed you are not just to dietary changes and supplements, but also to adjusting your lifestyle, such as stress management practices and allowing yourself to rest.

  • Not necessarily, however I do encourage you to make your meals at home as often as possible. With a little planning, you can make meals with leftovers and simple meals that can get you through the week with cooking only 3 or 4 times.
